Can I order cannabis delivery without a medical card?

Yes, if you’re over 21 years old or older, you can order cannabis delivery at Topshelf Delivery. Topshelf Delivery is partnered with cannabis brands in the recreational market. This means all customers must be 21 years old or older with a valid government ID to order through TopshelfDelivery.com. You can also order if you’re over 18 with a valid medical marijuana recommendation. All orders are processed by Topshelf Delivery brand & distributor partners and delivered by their delivery partners.

How much does it cost to order cannabis delivery?

Topshelf Delivery offers free delivery for most orders over $100. But in our close delivery area in Los Angeles, we offer free delivery for orders over $50. If your order total is under this amount, delivery fee can change between $5 to $15 depending on the area and delivery method.

What is the cannabis delivery order minimum?

For most of local delivery zones, minimum order subtotal required to process orders is $50.

Do I need my medical marijuana recommendation to order from TopshelfDelivery.com?

No, you do not need a medical marijuana recommendation. You can order if you are 21 years or older, with a valid government ID, for local delivery in the Los Angeles area. You must have a medical marijuana card if you’re over 18-20 years old.

What products can I buy through TopshelfDelivery.com?

All products on Topshelf Delivery menu are sourced from reputable local brands, manufacturers and cultivators. All products are packaged and labeled with necessary information for consumers, and adhere to state law regarding THC content.

Where does Topshelf Delivery deliver?

Topshelf Delivery has the following delivery options.

• Same Business Day Delivery in Southern California

How long does Topshelf Delivery take to deliver?

If you live in the greater Los Angeles area, delivery takes on average 30-45 minutes from the time you place your order.

How are taxes calculated on my order?

All taxes are included in sale prices.

How can I pay my order?

We accept cash, Venmo, or credit card upon delivery. Please make sure the card has a chip and must match the name on order.

What documents do I need when ordering from Topshelf Delivery ? Do I need a CA license?

To order from Topshelf Delivery , you must be 21+ with a valid ID. It does not need to be a CA issued ID. You can order from Topshelf Delivery if you are 18+ with a valid ID and medical recommendation.

Can we send orders as gifts?

Yes, however, we need ID from the customer receiving the package and payment will be taken upon arrival.

Can we deliver to a hotel?

Yes. Please provide the hotel name in the notes and room number if you’d like it delivered to the door.

Do we take Apple Pay?

Unfortunately no.

Do we take precautions for Covid-19?

Yes we do. All our employees wear gloves and masks throughout the packing and delivery processes.

How can I see my order history?

Once you create a profile, you are able to see all past orders under your account.

Can someone else receive my delivery?

No. The name on the order must match the ID sent prior to the delivery as well as the ID shown to the driver once they arrive.

Is the tip included in my order total?

There is an option to add tip on your order on the check out page. However, tip is not automatically included in your order.

Do we ship orders outside of the Greater Los Angeles Area?

We can not ship any products that contain THC. However, we can ship any CBD products.

Will definitely use again. Prompt responses, accommodating (supposed to be cash only but I had none so they let me use Venmo, quit. I ordered two grams of hash and it’s great stuff, one of the grams was a half gram fat — that’s an extra 50%!
